Upholstered dining armchair with a structure made of natural peeled and stained rattan, 32 mm in diameter. Finished with a three-step coating process (stain, base coat, and topcoat) including UV filters that make it highly resistant to sun radiation. Seat upholstered in natural or synthetic leather, virgin wool fabrics, velvet, and polypropylene. Protective glides included.

In 1986, while researching the best way to illuminate his library, Oscar Tusquets needed a lamp that would adapt to any position on the shelf, take up little space and go unnoticed. In his own words, “what could he imagine better than a book? Bib Luz has a metal body in the shape of a book, in white or aluminum gray, to be placed on shelves, among real books. From the top of the spine, a slender arm with an adjustable light point at its end advances to highlight every corner. In addition, multiple units can be interconnected in series with a single wall socket and create compositions at different levels. Always with

Gaulinetta Chair

The Gaulinetta is an evolution of the Gaulino chair. In the words of Oscar Tusquets: ‘In homage to Enzo Mari, who called his chair Tonietta, a derivative of Thonet, I have called this chair Gaulinetta, in allusion to the Gaulino’. Inspired by Antonio Gaudí and Carlo Mollino, Tusquets created “Gaulino” in 1987. It was a handcrafted industrial chair with a contoured wooden frame, slender, streamlined legs and soft, rich leather. The handcrafted chair became a modern icon of 20th century design. The Gaulinetta is an adaptation of this design, influenced by Enzo Mari and his Tonietta chair. The reduced armrests create an elegant model for dining in smaller spaces and can be stored away after use. By creating a variant of the Thonet chair, Tusquets demonstrates how less can be more.
