Aluminium Chair

Aluminium Chair is one of the greatest designs from the 20th century. Originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1958 for the residence of an art collector from Columbus, Indiana (EE. UU.). The designer duo moved away from the design principle of using a shell for the seat and opted for using taut fabric and leather between two aluminum parts to create a firm yet flexible seat. The Aluminum Chair has a soft padding that adapts to the body of the seater and feels extremely comfortable.
